Convenient Location and Friendly Staff 😊

The location of this place was great, with several attractions within walking distance. The staff here were exceptionally nice, and it was refreshing to see the newest receptionist join the team.

Fairly clean hotel, great and kind employees with the newest receptionist coming. Clean room and central heating, flat-screen TV and a refrigerator inside. Good bathrooms with a tub. Best base for exploring Bishkek.

Great value for money with spacious rooms and comfy beds. Location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants and cafes. Breakfast offers a decent variety of food and drinks.

I had a great stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, with a window view to a beautiful park. The cleanliness was impressive, with shiny floors and spotless bathroom. The staff was kind and helpful, always making sure that I had everything I needed during my stay. Moreover, the hotel facilities were great, with a comfortable bed and a warm atmosphere, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day.

We love the location very much. The hotel is situated in a safe and convenient neighborhood across from a park with lots of shade trees and benches. The room is comparably spacious, clean, and comfortable with good lighting and nice bathroom amenities. The staff are so friendly and helpful and always checking if everything is fine. The buffet breakfast offered in the basement is good with plenty of options to choose from.

There are no "Do Not Disturb" signs in the room.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Bishkek. First of all, the staff were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, from checking the AC in my room to promptly changing my mattress. One particular receptionist stood out for her kindness and professionalism, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location was also a major plus, being in a safe and convenient neighborhood. It was within walking distance to the city center and main tourist attractions, with coffee places, supermarkets, and drugstores close by. The rooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of options that satisfied my morning cravings. I was truly impressed with the value for money and attention to detail at this hotel.

I spent my new year night at this hotel, and it was amazing! The location was perfect, just in the heart of the city with lots of restaurants nearby. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. They served us a delicious breakfast, and the room was spacious. the big shower was a treat!

There were some downsides to my stay. The room was a bit bland, and the toiletries felt small.

I got great value for my money at Tourasia Hotel. The room was excellent with a fantastic shower. The location was perfect, with a quiet road and the renowned Golden Tulip just a 5-minute walk away. The staff were incredibly helpful and even checked on me when they hadn't seen me for a while. Plus, having a water machine on each floor was a great convenience.

The morning meal could be improved with a wider selection of hot food, aside from just eggs. Having more variety in cereals and bread options would make it even better.

The reception staff at Tourasia Hotel were incredibly helpful during my stay. The hotel is clean, with excellent lighting in the rooms and a great location near a park. The breakfast was delicious and there is a cool cafe in the basement. I will recommend this hotel.

The television was difficult to operate and there were no "Do Not Disturb" signs. Additionally, in some rooms, the reading lights were missing or not working properly.
